BVB UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) formerly Autenburg Finance, was founded in 2013 and has made a name for itself as an innovation consultancy offering its services throughout Germany. Our clients, numbering over 800 across the group as a whole, are mainly small and medium sized enterprises from a wide range of industries. In terms of industries our focus is on automotive, machine and plant manufacturing, aviation and aerospace, industrial automation, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, information and communication technologies, nano and biotechnology, cleantech, new materials, medical and healthcare sectors, and sensor and testing technologies.

With many years of experience in consultancy on practically all aspects of corporate development, we have in-depth knowledge of the specifics of a whole range of industries. Being an accredited company, we at BVB UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) belong to the small circle of technology and innovation consultancies with authorisation from the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology.

With the management support we provide for a wide range of cooperation clusters, we are one of leading innovation consultancies in Germany today. A cooperation cluster is a collaborative body of at least six small to medium sized enterprises which has the objective of developing innovative products, processes or services on a joint basis. The goal is synergetic collaboration in one or more technological fields, from research and development through to the marketing of the R&D results.

BVB UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) is a non-listed public limited company and has its registered headquarters in Ellwangen (Baden-Württemberg). The majority of the shares are held by the managing partners and members of the executive board.
