Studied aerospace engineering and worked as a manager in technology consulting, transfer and assessment for many years. He assisted with the establishment of a virtual company on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and has an excellent understanding of technology when it comes to the realisation of innovations. Mr. Schmidt oversees a number of clusters in a position of senior responsibility.

Studied aviation and aerospace engineering with a focus on aircraft design at the University of Applied Sciences. He joined BVB UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) and has many years experience in the field of hot air airships and hot air balloons including for example Crew Chief at airship operations and gained in-depth knowledge in research and development, project management, prototyping, promotion, planning and execution of special exhibition and special events. His area of responsibility as project manager at BVB UG Consult comprises R&D project management and innovation consulting.

Studied chemistry at Paderborn University. PhD studies in cooperation with a multinational chemistry company and the institute IWT Bremen. Many years of management experience, especially in operations and strategy of SMEs through several managerial positions. Wide market knowledge in the fields of chemistry, medical technologies, renewable energies, automotive, plastics, ceramic and metal coatings.

Studied applied foreign languages at the Sorbonne-Nouvelle in Paris and subsequently completed interdisciplinary bilingual studies of the EU- system, law, economics and politics with focus on the EU energy and climate policies. She has experience in national and international sales as well as customer service. Additionally, she has experience in international and cross-border project management as well as in the development and consulting of EU-funded projects on the topics of: climate change, knowledge transfer, energy, demographic change. Her area of responsibility as project manager at BVB UG Consult comprises R&D project management and innovation consulting.

Studied surveying and had a management position in development, setup and operation for many years with a nationwide reference service for satellites, and in consultancy in the field of applications for navigation and spatial information and for the use of robots for the collection of spatial information. He has extensive experience in project management.

Qualified with vocational training as an office administrator and has held positions in this capacity with companies in a various industries. She manages the administrative office at the branch and assists the cluster managers with their cluster activities and with the submission of plans and applications.
